Sudhagad Fort
Much famed as the name “Bhairavgad Fort”, this fort is a famous historical tourist attraction in Thane. Deriving its name from the fort that houses a temple dedicated to the goddess Bhorai Devi, it was first built way back in 2nd century. Initially being occupied by the Bahmani Sultanate before it was annexed by the British Empire in the 18th century, this fort today serves as one of the best places to visit in Thane with friends, and a popular trekking destination.
